I hit Frank's Mercedes in an alley, damaging the driver's panel above the tire. Frank was injured. I tried to wave over an oncoming truck but it passed us by. I walked down the street to find someone else and stumbled onto a bunch of Vespas. Evidently there was a police meetup going on?
