nepenthean's Diaryland Dream Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i'm a psychic, who knew? i attended a service at the vietnamese catholic church up the street, and it was all costumed and festive. i know other cultures put their individual stamps on services, but... . truthfully, i didn't really care. the mass was in a plaza and there was a good racial mix. i actually didn't stay in one seat during the service, and i may have gotten up to use the outdoor microwave at some point. it was strange, what can i say. when i woke up, i shared the costume part with my roommate. he said, "the guy [who told him about the church] said they do wear costumes like that!" how weird. 1:53 p.m. - 2004-07-24 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
